Design & Build, End to End
Costro manages and oversees the entire fit-out as the single point of accountability. Interior design is delivered through our partner company, while specialist trades — MEP, fire-fighting, AC, screens and signage — are subcontracted under our coordination. Steel works are handled in-house, giving us tighter control over quality and schedule.
We take projects through the full lifecycle: consulting with the client and the malls, design, construction, and final furniture arrangement — so you deal with one accountable team, not many. Across the UAE we have completed seven Gentle Park showrooms, with Reem Mall among them.
