Overview
Our MEP work provides the electrical, fire-fighting and underground-services backbone for Costro's construction and fit-out projects — coordinating power, lighting, fire systems and service ducting so facilities are delivered ready for handover.
Recent MEP scopes include sleeve pipework and cable pulling, manhole connections for CCTV and boundary-wall lighting, dedicated electrical rooms, and full electrical and fire-fighting installations — delivered alongside our civil and steel teams to reduce interface risk.
