Overview
Our MEP work provides the electrical, fire-fighting and underground-services backbone for Costro’s construction and fit-out projects, coordinating power, lighting, fire systems and service ducting so facilities are delivered ready for handover.
Recent MEP scopes include sleeve pipework and cable pulling, manhole connections for CCTV and boundary-wall lighting, dedicated electrical rooms, and full electrical and fire-fighting installations, delivered alongside our civil and steel teams to reduce interface risk.
