The system comprises spray-applied polyurethane foam at 30–40 mm thickness (40–50 kg/m³ density), verified by a 48-hour water ponding test, then protected with a UV-resistant coating and a geotextile separation layer. Ridge formation is built up with bituminous impregnated boards and cement-sand mortar to establish falls.
A protective screed of C-25 concrete with polypropylene fibres is laid at 80 mm average thickness, all joints sealed with heavy-duty sealant over backing rod, and angle fillets formed at parapets, ducts and upstands. A cementitious waterproof coating with acrylic top coat completes the system as the final protection layer.
