A complete parking-area rehabilitation and floor-coating package delivered for IFM Facilities Management at Al Mada, Al Ain, concrete repair, a high-performance Sika epoxy flooring system and full reflective traffic marking, completed in 45 days.

Repair, Coat & Mark Out
Cracked and damaged concrete flooring was repaired using Sika repair chemicals and epoxy filler, followed by surface preparation, one coat of Sika floor sealer (primer), an anti-slip coating and two coats of Sika epoxy floor paint, a durable, abrasion-resistant finish suitable for trafficked parking areas.
The package included reflective traffic marking works, parking bay lines, directional arrows, numbering and guidance markings, with kerbstones repainted to specification and parking-area walls finished in two coats of Sika Fenomastic paint. The site was handed over after comprehensive cleaning, with all construction waste disposed of in accordance with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) regulations.
