Grind, Repair, Three-Coat System
The works began with comprehensive surface preparation by mechanical grinding and substrate crack repair, establishing a sound base for the coating system. A high-performance epoxy primer was then applied across all locations to ensure adhesion.
The system was completed with epoxy base and top coats, producing a durable, slip-resistant surface designed for heavy pedestrian traffic and continuous moisture exposure around the pool ramp. All application was carried out to Sika standards, stage by stage, as documented below.
