RCC Wheel Stopper Programme
A repeat-order programme: more than 1,300 precast RCC car wheel stoppers supplied, installed, aligned and finished across three Abu Dhabi sites, much of it executed in night-time operations under CID permits secured and managed by the Costro project team, so live parking areas stayed open during the day.

The scope comprised precision installation of precast RCC wheel stoppers including foundation works, followed by application of high-durability epoxy-based road-marking paint to improve parking organisation and operational safety.
All works were programmed as night-time operations to minimise disruption to facility users, with the required CID permits obtained and administered by our team as part of the package, so the client’s operations continued uninterrupted throughout.
Delivered Across Three Sites
331 Units
Precast RCC wheel stoppers supplied and installed across the marina parking areas. Executed entirely in night-time operations under CID permits, completed in 45 working days.

Engineering Approach
Night-works methodology used throughout to avoid disruption to live, operating facilities · CID permits were obtained and administered by our own team as part of the package, so parking areas reopened each morning. Repeat orders across three sites let us standardise the precast unit, setting-out method and paint finish between deployments.
Quality & Inspection
